Teambuilding in Budapest (HU)

Between the 13th and the 15th of May the old and the new board of the Youth of European Nationalities (YEN) met in Budapest to over give the tasks and the responsibilities to the new board members. The meeting took place in order of the so-called team building, during which there is always some free space for fun and the possibility to get to know each other.

After the arrival on Saturday the new board members got an introduction into the administrative and organizational work by the president Sebastian Seehauser. Next to this he explained about the structure, the tasks and the responsibilities of the individual positions. During the meeting the importance of internal and external communication as well as the time management was mentioned a few times. In particular interesting and instructively were the reports of the old board members, means the exchange of experience. In addition an important point was the annual program as well as the strategies of YEN and the implementation of the goals primarily for the year 2011.

The team building took place in the house the German minority in Hungary, where the participants could sleep in the apartment of GJU – Thanks a lot for this. The game and play introduction was done by Dajana Horvath from Vojvodina, thanks to her as well.
