The Youth of European Nationalities (YEN) and the Bund Der Jugend Der Deutschen Minderheit (BJDM) are looking for participants for the Easter Seminar ‘Visibility Matters’.
The Easter Seminar is the largest event of the Youth of European Nationalities (YEN) in 2025. We will deal with the role of visibility in minority communities and minority youth organisations.
Directly after the seminar, on 17 April, the YEN General Assembly will take place (for interested representatives of YEN member organisations).
Arrival day: 11.04.2025, if possible until dinner at 18.00 hrs.
Departure day: 17.04.2025, if you are not attending the YEN General Assembly.
18.04.2025, for all those attending the YEN General Assembly.

The event will take place in Opole/Oppeln, Poland.

Please make sure that you coordinate your registration with your organisation. Registrations that have not been agreed with an organisation will not be considered.
After the end of the registration deadline, you will be informed if you have been selected to participate in the event. You will receive an information sheet and will be asked to confirm your participation, transfer your participation fee and send us your travel information until a specific date.
If you do not follow these steps, we have to assume you are not joining the event and will remove you from our participants list!

Die Jugend Europäischer Volksgruppen (JEV) und der Bund Der Jugend Der Deutschen Minderheit (BJDM) suchen Teilnehmer*innen für das Osterseminar “Visibility Matters”.
Das Osterseminar ist die größte Veranstaltung der Jugend Europäischer Volksgruppen (JEV) im Jahr 2025. Wir werden uns mit der Rolle von Öffentlichkeitsarbeit in Minderheitengemeinschaften und Minderheitenjugendorganisationen beschäftigen.
Direkt im Anschluss an das Seminar, am 17. April, findet die JEV-Hauptversammlung statt (für die interessierten Vertreter*innen der JEV-Mitgliedsorganisationen).
Anreisetag: 11.04.2025, wenn möglich bis zum Abendessen um 18.00 Uhr.
Abreisetag: 17.04.2025, wenn du nicht an der Hauptversammlung der JEV teilnimmst.
18.04.2025, für alle die an der Hauptversammlung der JEV teilnehmen.

Bitte beachte, dass du deine Anmeldung mit deiner Organisation absprichst. Anmeldungen, welche nicht miteiner Organisation abgesprochen worden sind werden nicht beachtet. Nach der Deadline, werden wir dich informieren ob du teilnehmen kannst oder auf der Warteliste bist. Du erhältst ein Informationsblatt und wirst gebeten, deine Teilnahme zu bestätigen und die Teilnahmegebühr bis zu einem bestimmten Datum zu überweisen.
Bitte buche deine Reise direkt, nachdem du eine offizielle Bestätigung erhalten hast und schicke uns deine Reisedaten zu. Bitte versuche, so kostengünstig und umweltfreundlich wie möglich zu reisen.
Wenn du diese Schritte nicht befolgst, müssen wir davon ausgehen, dass du nicht an der Veranstaltung teilnimmst, und werden dich aus unserer Teilnehmerliste entfernen!
